Tank and pipeline inspection and maintenance, to standard.
We measure wall thickness by ultrasound, locate coating defects with DCVG surveys and verify tightness with hydrostatic testing.
We lay and install pipelines of every diameter, with welding and coating, and tie them into the cathodic protection system.
What we do
Ultrasonic wall-thickness measurement
DCVG coating defect surveys
Coating quality testing
Hydrostatic testing
Pipeline laying and installation, all diameters
Welding and coating
Tightness and thickness, verified
Hydrostatic testing. We pressurize equipment or a line out of service to verify the tightness of flanged fittings and welds, using water or a non-corrosive fluid. All new equipment must undergo a pressure test.
Ultrasonic thickness. With the Olympus 45MG we measure tank and pipe wall thickness to assess mechanical integrity.
